How can I buy your arts?

What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made only by Paypal using your digital wallet. The installments plan isn't available for international orders.
The 10% discount paying with PIX isn't available for international orders, sorry. Please, ignore this payment method.
When do you have new Art Dolls releases?
I usually do a new release every 2 or 3 months, but this time may vary depending on the creative cycle and cultivation time of each magical creature.
Do you accept orders?
I usually don't accept orders or repeat the same creation, but you can send an email to [email protected] and we'll talk about the possibilities!
I missed the launch... can I buy an Art Doll that has already been sold?
It's not possible, as the pieces are made with limited materials and my Art Dolls are always unique, hand-modeled without the use of molds. Sometimes new collections with the same elemental species appear, but they will always be unique!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the international fixed shipping cost is $30. We ship to most countries around the world, but we have more experience on shipping to US and Europe countries, if you live somewhere else and wants to be sure, send us a message here
I placed my order. What is the submission deadline?
3-9 business days after payment confirmation. For each shipment, custom handmade boxes are created to bring the creations to you! In addition, the order price also includes gifts and/or specific prints for each creation, which takes time to organize. There's a preparation time necessary to make the shipments with the utmost care and affection. If you are urgent to receive, send us a message and we will see if it is possible to shorten this period.
When my order will arrive?
After the shipment is made, it usually takes from 14 to 28 days to arrive at your home. It will depend on where you live. But don't worry! You'll have the tracking number to check where your magical art is. The waiting time will be worth it!
If my order arrives damaged, what can I do?
Send us an email to [email protected] attaching photos of the piece and detailing what happened, we will try to find a solution.
How long does it take to exchange or cancel my order?
If you regret the purchase, you have up to 7 days after the purchase to request a refund.
After purchasing, can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet shipped, yes, but please let us know as soon as possible.
The store is not responsible for objects delivered to the wrong address. So be careful when entering the address and confirm all data before checkout. If the order is returned, you can pay a new shipping fee and we will resend it.

What are Art Dolls?
They are works of art created in a wide variety of styles. Unique artistic dolls, handcrafted articulated sculptures for collectors and connoisseurs of the magical arts. I've been developing techniques and poetics of my Art Dolls over the years through experimentation. Several skills are required, including structure, character design, silhouette, modeling, painting, costume, writing and magical description, being a multimedia object. What care do I have to take with my artwork?
I recommend not getting the creations wet! If you need to remove dust, I recommend a brush or a slightly damp cloth. Special care on the face, I always finish my work with varnish, but it is still better to prevent the piece from losing its original paint.
Can I leave my Art Doll in the garden or outside?
My recommendation is not to leave it in contact with water, rain or excessive sun. As much as I create resistant works with the potential for great durability, care is still needed for greater conservation.
How does articulation work?
It will depend on the creation you chose. I create articulated Art Dolls (humanoid creatures like elves, witches and fairies) and semi-articulated (magical cuti animals, buds, etc). In the product description, it will say which type yours is. Articulated Art Dolls have movement in almost their entire body, but I suggest not changing poses for your doll's hands, as they are more sensitive. The semi-articulated ones have simpler articulation. If you still have questions, you can ask here!
Do your creatures have life?
I believe that everything handmade with care, intention and dedication has a kind of life. My Art Dolls are symbolic representations of nature spirits and created intuitively, connected with magic. I use imagination and dreams as a source of inspiration to develop characters and channel elemental essence. So it depends on one's perception.
How is your creative process?
My creative process is intuitive, I never know how the works will turn out. Sometimes I have visual lapses of a new creature, but they are blurred visions. As the being develops, I take notes and find meaning in its unique expressions. It is an internal cultivation that can take weeks, months or even years to fully materialize. I feel the call and I seek to be connected to fluxus, thus conceiving different arts in parallel over the years, in a chaotic harmony.
