Sustainability
ART AND SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is a key point at TerraTundra as I believe in a better relationship between human beings and the environment. The basis of my works is made with wire where I define the joints, then I reuse what would be garbage, filling the 3D volume with plastic, paper, cardboard, cement bags, bottles, etc.
The alchemical transformation takes place throughout the creative process, with ecological commitment present from the raw material to the delivery of the product. I'm always reusing materials and reducing waste as much as possible. Thus, in addition to creating unique and enchanted arts, I still reduce materials that would pollute the land and oceans.
Also, the choice for packaging sent to you. The boxes are handmade with cardboard and finished with kraft paper. The wrapping of the arts is also made with kraft, a biodegradable material. When I use bubble wrap for some more sensitive work, they are always reused, thus avoiding the purchase of more plastic.
I am always experimenting with new ways of creating, seeking innovative solutions to produce art in a way that minimally impacts Nature, a great source of inspiration in my work and a vital part of what I believe for a green future on planet Earth. ♻️
